The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd (“MNSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 6 July 2023 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 20 June 2023 awarded by Rentak Segar Sdn Bhd (“RSSB”) as Subcontractor in relation to the installation, testing and commissioning of 33 kilovolts (“KV”) aluminium cross-linked polyethylene (“XLPE”) and 132KV copper XLPE single core underground cables and accessories from transmission main intake (“PMU”) Gelang Patah to Air Trunk Data Centre, Johor for Asset Development South Zone, Distribution Network Division – 33KV and 132KV works (“Works”).
