The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the OpenSys group achieved a 11.4% increase in Profit After Tax for the first quarter ended 31 March 2023 (1Q2023), amounting to RM2.74 million compared to RM2.46 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This growth was primarily attributed to a strong performance from the Solution and Services segment.

The Group’s quarterly revenue remained steady at RM17.42 million, aligning with the corresponding quarter of the prior year (1Q2022). Particularly, the Solutions and Services segment experienced notable growth, with a 11.8% increase in 1Q2023, reaching RM16.57 million compared to RM14.83 million in 1Q2022.

Continuing its quarterly dividend practice, the Group declared a second interim dividend of 0.40 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
