Reference is made to the Company's latest announcement made on 14 March 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter informed that, in view that the Company had failed to appoint a Principal Adviser within the prescribed timeframe as stated in the decision letter dated 13 February 2023 (“Decision Letter”), i.e. on or before 13 March 2023 and does not intend to seek any further extension of time, Bursa Securities had decided to de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon expiry of two (2) market days from 14 March 2023.

In the circumstances, the securities of the company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 17 March 2023.
