the colege is still profitable, ie; KDU. but the paid too much of dividend last year. shud hv kept for rainy days like now. 29cents too high for a penny stock. 

Paramon is today a "pure" property company. This is unlike years ago when it still had an operating education arm. The Malaysian property sector got soft since 2016/17 and Covid-19 did not help. But it looks as if we have reached bottom in 2020 as illustrated by the Charts below.
