This company has a significant EPS increase (163%) compare to previous quarter, yearly earning has steadily increased over the past 4 years. Management is very well kept with efficient financial policy. It has also just announced several significant orders for coming years which will add earning as well. Worth considering investing for long term while no one has yet discovered at this moment.

This counter is worth paying attention and the price will eventually go higher and higher. Watch out for its next subsequent quarter financial announcements. According to its purchase orders last year-2011, the total amount was RM578.3 M. Compare to previous year, it was only RM 309.9 M, ...there was an increase of 87%. And most of its orders from 2011 are due this year and hence will increase its earning. So watch out folks...!rolleyes

In terms of profit, 2013 was not a good year as compare to previous year ~ 2012. Because the total order recorded was 492.2 m in 2012 which was lesser than 2011 of 578.3 m. However, the total order as annouced for 2013 was 606m an increaase of 23%. These orders are mostly due this year in 2014. Therefore, forecast earning for this year would be fat. Watch out folks for the coming of a good, handsome profitable year for Favco, my favorite stock.yeahthumbup

Excellent quarterly report. thumbup Good company! Its business is not affected by Malaysia factors, because its clients are all over international waters. However, stock price went down instead of going up becuase its has already been priced in months ago. Wait for next down swing folks!rolleyes

Favco has an excellent year in 2014. We are thankful for this company that has helped us earned a fair bit of income. However, its earning will not look that good for next year as its order book has come down to RM 434.90 as compared to previously year of RM 606 M. Therefore, we should be prepared to see a bearish year for Favco next year unless it preforms miracle....lol

  • Comprises of two international brands, Favelle Gavco and Kroll
  • 45 % domestic market
  • 5 years annualise growth : (-7.09 %)
  • 5 years annualise nett profit growth : 1.08 %
  • high ammount of trade receivables past due up to 70 % of the total trade receivables
  • high interest coverage ratio
  • low cash ratio - below one
  • decreasing earning per shares
  • growing nett assets per share
