而Q3和Q4可派共10 SEN股息,现RM1.72買入,DY(周息率)=5.8%,非常具吸引力,股市永
远记得,当基本面小变下,就是机会了.
---于31-3-16年報中得知kyy于下列证行共有6931,000股:
ta(2334,200),kenanga(1750,800),ALLIANCE(1100,000),MAYBANK(781,000),AFFIN(520,000),
RHB(445,000),
KYY的 no of shares（7月）total of shares 是7,323,100.实际是增加392,100股,仍然对公司看好,因此不用担心.

2018-Q3 Revenue - 历史第二高 【第一高是在2016-Q4】

2018-Q3 Net Profit - 历史新高

以它的历史来看，通常Q4的Revenue会高过其它季度，我有所期待！【只有2012年的Q4-Revenue破例下滑一点点吧了！】

2018-Q2 & Q3 的Net Profit Margin都保持在17%以上，是属于高净利率的公司。

关于它的Dividend Payout Ratio，FY2018-Q1 to Q3, 已经占了78.59% of 它三个季度的EPS.

以它2018-Q3的Financial Statement来计算：

Quick Ratio = 8.38

Current Ratio = 10.54

Debt Ratio = 0.09

Debt-to-Equity Ratio = 0.10

Cash Ratio = 3.52

处于超级健康水平。

现在，Focus Lumber Berhad拥有RM57.47 million的现金。

如果接下的两个季度【2018-Q4 & 2019-Q1】都保持着2018-Q2 & 2018-Q3的Net Profit的话，Focus Lumber Berhad有望重返RM3.00以上的价格【以PE 8来计算】

I use 2 references for plywood companies - Eksons which is relying on 3rd party for its logs and Taann with its own logging operations. Eksons decided to exit the plywood business in Jan 2023 while Taann is still manufacturing plywood.

You can see that FLBHD ROE was better than both pre-Covid. Go here for more details of Eksons.
