Cash flow more than borrowing by few times.I was surprise how come such a company can worth 15 cent.Upgrade it to buy.Worst case scenario 23-26 cent.But as more earning come out from project over 30 cent possible with best case scenario over 30 cent with range of 32-35 cent.

Benalec seem had license to land reclaimation in Johor region to support oil and gas industry(such as can be use to store petroleum,gas, and other petrol products).I can see Singapore land seem depleted and it's very expensive.So why not Malaysia or Benalec.The target price will be the same.Monthly chart hooking up and weekly chart hooking up.If things continue the momentum will be there.

One thing,people are misunderstand about Benalec.Its goes with significant downward and oversold in monthly.That y I called buy.But people sell.Sell only when without big downward eventhough monthly chart stay oversold.Especially in range pricing for quite a while.But Benalec is on land reclaimation businesses.

My advice of not going to throw Benalec.NTA 66 cents and price 10.5-11 cents.Please slowly accumulate at rm 5k per transaction.Its may either taken back private or fund snapping it out.Can be potential long term investment 1-2 years(if it do not have dramatic upward).

It's time to snap up Benalec.Its just redeem back its convertible bond worth 120 millions.Losses due to impairment of assets,equipment and other for 3 years.But gross profit still profitable.its should be in clean sheet of health this new financial year.Some-more NTA 66 cents.Can be potential target takeover or privatized.Worth 6 cents.Please buy rm 15k per person.

TP above 30 cents.Based on number of shares 880 million.Please wait till it reach TP then sell.I already see it financial statement of past 2 quarters.Getting better in gross profit(better profit margin).

I see corporate exercise coming.Another things some of the assets not revalues yet.Another thing the 50 over million need to be pay on 31 st July.I may be thinking either land swap to settle the 50 over millions debt soon or new shareholder coming in or selling its stake in the Tanjung Piai or Pengerang land reclaimation project to settle the debts soon and generate cash.
