I am totally upset of this account. Earning $$ company, good cash flow, low P/E, under value pricing, but also low dividend yield and keep moving downward share price.
All China company also same like this, so "kedekut" for giving higher dividend.
How to improve the share price? maddoh

for unaudited 30 jun 2011 maxwell has RM172,000,000 , yet interest received was RM304,000. That's for 6 month, if 1 year= RM608,000 . So 608,000/172,000,000 X 100 = 0.3534% . not more than 0.4% of interest rate!!! , wow , guiness world world of record.better sell sell they're giving dividen just for baiting, it didn't work till now, may be it'll work then. However a lot of thing are chisy (fishy), so sell as much as u can

1st dividen 3.35cent 2011 , 2nd 1.75cent , decreasing huh? why ? the 1st bait doesn't work , then the 2nd bait must be lowered. the money is not there, just little

it will improve , but only by "frying", not fundamental, good cash? 2011 audited cash = RM 212 million, yet interest received less than 0.36 percent annually . if u want to know if the cash really exist,need to know which bank they deposited their cash, and then ask their permission and their bank , to take a look into their account, surely they will reject. Earning increase can be because of receiveables , and these can be manipulated easily!!!

If base on consumer trend this few year, I think shoe product related is one of good field for investment

Consumer sector still got a lots of good company, but I don't think Maxwell is a good stock to invest due to it's low return in dividend and it is China company.

Yes, agreed with you. Please very careful when you want to invest in china company. Too many factor need to be considered.

Today on Wesak day holiday 10 May 2017 another one Telegram sifu and one WhatsApp sifu informed followers to goreng MAXWELL and Maxwell-WA from tomorrow until end of May and also before company AGM on 23 June 2017. Must have the patience to hold onto MAXWELL or MAXWELL-WA for this critical period.  Because in January Maxwell appointed two professionals to be on management. Thus company managed to produce annual report 2016 before deadline of August 2017 to avoid PN17 status change to suspension or delisting. In report gave valid and acceptable reasons for no production, close of shoes factory, planning of new factory and further steps taken for regularisation plan. Company is cash positive but honest about not being able to pay dividend for now. Do download and read their recently released AR2016 for a balanced view and your own due diligence. Expect new management to announce positive regularisation plan soon. Why not we follow these syndicates to make money? Buy Maxwell and Maxwell-WA, 2.5 sen and 0.5 sen on 8 May. Very cheap. Not holland stock for now. Come together, right now !!!
