Nestle has touched it"s peak and also celebrated it's 100 anniversary. Hope the directors will think of rewarding d shareholders with bonus. The dividend payment amounts to only about 3% of it's present price. I have just bought d sahre at peak of 64.32. Today it close at 64.60

Hi Francis,

The last AGM (28th) was held on 26 April 2012. There's always a carnival mood in every Nestle AGM; just look at the turnout of Nestle shareholders. Wait for the Co's announcement and make a date for the next AGM in 2013. I believe the 100 years Co anniversary had already been celebrated in the last AGM.

Based on RMO in MS:-
1) Blue BUY arrow came out on 25/2/13
2) Blue bar came out 01/03/13
3) RMO value still negative
Hopefully 2 out 3 signals looks good for me to buy this week.

Don see any blue arrow. Where can I find it? Bought on the expensive side 64.20. Now still lossing money. Hope will recover when elections are over.

Hi, I am quite new in the stock market. I can see that Nestle stock is growing up for the past 5 years. Should buy it or I should buy those stock that is declining and sell it when it incline back later on?

The price of Nestle Malaysia peaked for a short time to RM80.00 in  late last year and then dropped to RM 74.80 as of today ( 19/1/2017). Being the highest stock price in KLCI, it is time that consideration being given to give 1:1 bonus or rights issue of 1:1 at around RM40.00 would benefit both the Company and share holders. I have no history of the previous bonus or rights issues to give more details. This matter was raised by a share holder in 2016 AGM but it was turned down. With deep regret to inform that to date no information found in Nestle Malaysia (NM)'s web pages  on NM's AGM 2017 and its venue. Also in one web page, the AGM is published to be on 26/3/2017 which is today, a Sunday. Why? Also no document announcement received by mail from Registrar. Please call tomorrow morning on 27/3/2017,  David at H/p 016 2176947 or Jessie H/p 016 2106947 - both shareholders and confirm the new AGM date and venue.

Nestle's Agm is on 27/4/2017. Coming final dividend of 130 cts per share makes  a total dividend of 270 cts this year. Entitlement date = 18/5/2017; payment date =8/6/2017; Dy= 270/8000 X 100= 3.4% pa. To bring down the current highest price of RM 80.00 to a more acceptable price of say RM 70.00, i hope Nestle managment will consider to give a bonus of 1:1 or 1:2 or rights issue at RM 60.00 per share. Abraham David.

Expect price to reach 100.00 by year end. Fund managers will grab this stock since the value of ringgit is shrinking.

Wah. Nestle highest for the year peaked at 102.40.  Every shareholder looking forward to Bonus.  By next agm,  Nestle may announce  a Bonus issue.  How to buy such expensive  stock.  I think  this stock will match McDonald  & Coca cola  of USA.

Nestle is even higher now.  Close at 105.60.  Every shareholder still dreaming of bonus.  Lpi  and Bursa has already propose Bonus issue but not this high class stock.

The sudden increase of Nestle share to RM 116.60 today may  not be sustained forever. Question arises if Nestle will attempt to intervene by having a bonus or rights issue declared to further check the share price.So far there is no sign for Nestle to make any announcement.
