unable to save templates, whdn click on nothing happen or popup. please check.

FYI, my old account that I've used previouly can save and load, this issue happen on new account .

Regarding to the chart template issue, could you guys please give us the information below in order for us to troubleshoot all the problem easier and faster?

1) Version: Desktop or Mobile

2) Browser & Version: Chrome, IE, Firefox or...

3) If possible, kindly email us the screen shot as well as your H/P number so that we can communicate easier.

Hi Guys,

Below are the steps to save a new chart template:

1) Click on the "Templates" to then "Save Indicator Template..."

 

2) Enter your template name and then click on the "Save" button

for an old account can be done, but with a new register account can't save the template. when click on "Save Indicator Template..." nothing popup to enter the name and save as well. Please check ASAP.

Hi Admin, I am using iPad Safari to login, however the save tab is missing from the window.

Besides, when using touch screen, I cannot add trend line, horizontal line, price range, date range and etc.

Could you advise on this?

1) Please Sign In to use the feature so that all your recent quote can be saved into our system.

"Sign In"...meaning i hve to setup new e mail and password again. Someone pls explain to me.
