Firstly, are you using any ads block? This is because the ads block not only block the ads but also will block most of the advance JavaScript that needed by the advanced technical charting. So, please disable it and try again.

My chart delayed 1 day ,when i surf using google chorme .But it is normal when i use my mobile phone to surf. Can I know what is the problem?

It includes a lot of new feature such as it is now showing the change price in the QUOTE, better layout apperance and etc. So, we appreciate if you guys can please provide us the print screen if you encounter any problem in the new version. The  New  Format  is  okay  but  the  only  problem  is  the  bar chart ( OHLC )  is ' too thin ' Problem  for  old  eyes hope can  change  to  Previous  adjustment  better ,  Thank  You  .

Thanks for your input, i will feedback this to our team and see if we can change the size of the OHLC.

The  New  Chart  Format  for 2020  is  okay , only  the  Bar  Chart ( OHLC  bars ) is  a bit ' thin ' , problem  for  old  eyes , hope  you  can  thicken ( darken ) it  a  bit .

There are two issues: 

1) I already save my chart setting/template, but when i login and open again, the chart back to the default chart setting. Please help to resolve this issue asap.

2) Unable to view the stock volume during that day.
