7231 WELLCALL rm1.97 强力买入，看到净利的增长--
理论上产能增加70%，净利也会增加，由于7月份才正式投入生产，
因此2015年Q4(7,8,9月)的产能加入，取三个月算，
2014年9月全年EPS=8.8sen，目前PE=22 ,股价=RM1.97
2015年9月全年估计净利为以下--
A）取70%，净利可增加为8.8+1.5=10.3sen ,PE=22 ,股价=RM2.26
B) 取50%保守，净利可增加为8.8+0.7=9.5sen，PE=22，股价=RM2.09
2016年9月全年净利估计为以下--
A）取70%，净利可增加为8.8+6.1=14.9sen ,PE=22 ,股价=RM3.27
B) 取50%保守，净利可增加为8.8+3=11.8sen，PE=22，股价=RM2.59
買股看未来净利是否取得增长，股价也随之上升，

WellCall: The world’s largest industrial hose maker has gained from a weaker ringgit against the USD because it does not hedge on forex.
It makes rubber hoses for six major applications – air and water, oil and fuel, welding and gas, shipbuilding, automobiles as well as food and beverage.
Due to ringgit volatility it generally does not stock up its inventory and order beyond two months.
It sees to be commissioned new manufacturing plant to be a timely move as it will further address higher demand from the US, especially with its economic recovery.
It is in full swing preparing for the commissioning of Factory 3 for July or Aug 2015. It will be used to cater mainly for the US market.
It may take two to three years to fill up its new capacity.

Another great improvement from revenue and profit for WELLCAL, since 2012 hold until today and continue add on buy in....Never regret for buying it....

That is not "fundamental analysis", you are just making a bunch of assumptions. In the financial industry we call that "rubbish in, rubbish out". You are making a guess on what the company will be earning 3 to 5 years from now, And from that you try to calculate the correct share price from discounted cash flow etc. All guesswork and imaginary figures. On top of that you cut and pasted some commentary from the CIMB report. That is not deep analysis.

Look at the facts instead. The dividend is rising every year and is almost 5% now. ROE is above 40% and has risen every year for the last five years. Return on Assets is close to 25% and has risen over the last five years. How many other companies onb Bursa come close to that?


Wellcall can easily afford to carry-on its generous dividend policy. It has strong cash reserves and can afford any borrowing for higher dividends and capex.


Earnings will also remain above forecast because of the weaker ringgit. Its biggest market is the USA, and the dollar will keep rising vs ringgit. This share is rock solid share and still undervalued. RM 1.88 is cheap. Dividend yield is almost 5%. Buy on Monday and can pick-up the dividend as well.

I respect others report, its a mirror effect for me. We all know this Company is solid good. But, his report give us a reminder for over-confident. Of course everything according to plan, the earnings and dividend will go up, but anything can happen in business.

Fingers crossed.

Oh, if without report from CIMB or any other investment bank, we cant get discounted share price right? Instead, we should thank him for providing us free analysis report!

BURSA dropping, and will continue to drop. Faster sell lor!!!!!lol
