	Price was suppressed by ESO. Looks forward for it gear ratio with enlarge project investment.Target price @ RM2.30

	I bought Tropicana years ago as it was trading below its Asset Value. I sold it recently after its annoucement about asset wrtie-downs. Don't get me wrong. I think the company did the correct thing to mark its assets to market values. However, the write-downs made me worry about whether there will be more in the future. As such when the price went up to RM 1.40 I existed. Made some money but not multi-bagger ones. The sad thing is that I think the Malaysia property sector is recovering from the impact of Covid and should be turning around. Refer to Will the Malaysian Property industry turn around by 2024? I Maybe I should have held on for more upside.
