	POS has been trending up well lately. It has just surpassed its resistance level of 3.10. The stock is likely to trend higher. Up 11 sen now at 3.17.

	The latest acquisition of Singpost by Alibaba has indicated that Alibaba's intention to expand its business beyond China. The price paid by Alibaba for Singpost is 25x PE. No doubt that Malaysia would be also one of the market that Alibaba would target fro Asia expansion; given that increasing Malaysians buying thru Taobao. If Alibaba would seek the same deal to acquire a strategic stake in POS as alike Singpost, then premium would be 25 x 158m = RM3950m (market cap). The current market cap of POS is 2782m. Potential upside: 42%. For Alibaba to acquire 10% strategic stake for RM395m (US$123)is peanut with funds it has raised from its IPO. *I invested in POS since 2012.
