The Board of Directors of Advance Information Marketing Berhad ("AIM” or “Company") wishes to announce that at its Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") held on 9 June 2016, all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of 13th AGM dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll voting.
The independent scrutineer appointed for the verification of the poll results is Messrs CHL.
