Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad (“PMHB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Pembinaan Kaleigh Sdn Bhd – Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd JV, an unincorporated joint venture formed by Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd and Pembinaan Kaleigh Sdn Bhd, has on 9 September 2016 accepted a Letter of Award from Konsortium Kontraktor Melayu Sdn Bhd – Pembinaan Kaleigh Sdn Bhd JV for the construction and completion of civil works for Section 6 Kapar Interchange to Asam Jawa Interchange for RM371,420,360.83 (“the Project”).

Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd (“PMSB”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PMHB.
