Mr. Winduss graduated from the then Perth Technical College (now known as Curtin University) with a Diploma in Accounting in 1963. He is a member of various professional bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Certified Public Accountants Australia. Mr. Winduss is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a registered Australian Company Auditor.

Mr. Winduss is a Director of Winduss & Associates Pty Ltd. He has been involved in the professional accounting in public practice for over 29 years, specialising in matters relating to corporate management, restructuring, corporate finance and company secretarial matters including the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") and the Australian Securities Exchange and Investments Commission compliance. Mr. Winduss also sits on the board of two companies listed on the ASX, and serves on the board of Australian incorporated private limited companies. He is also Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of UOA Development Bhd and United Overseas Australia Ltd, the ultimate holding company of the Manager.
