We refer to the announcements dated 29 August 2014, 21 October 2014, 26 November 2014, 12 December 2014, 15 December 2014, 7 January 2015, 9 January 2015, 30 January 2015, 4 February 2015, 27 February 2015, 12 May 2015, 20 May 2015, 8 June 2015 and 9 November 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
