We refer to the announcements dated 29 August 2014, 21 October 2014, 26 November 2014, 12 December 2014, 15 December 2014, 7 January 2015, 9 January 2015, 30 January 2015, 4 February 2015, 27 February 2015, 12 May 2015 and 20 May 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that PMHB and the Vendors have mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period up to 30 November 2015 for the fulfilment of conditions precedent of the SSA.
