The Company wishes to announce that FOCAL has been granted further extension on the Approval Period to 7 October 2005 commencing from the expiry of the extended Approval Period on 30 September 2005 from Peremba (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. on the understanding that the payment period shall be correspondingly reduced by the extension periods granted to-date.
