We refer to the earlier announcements dated 13 April 2023, 26 May 2023, 12 July 2023, 20 July 2023, 10 August 2023, 11 August 2023, 14 August 2023, 21 August 2023 and 7 September 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that the Proposed Share Consolidation has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 735,269,990 Consolidated Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 8 September 2023.
