(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 13 April 2023, 26 May 2023, 12 July 2023, 20 July 2023, 10 August 2023, 11 August 2023, 14 August 2023 and 21 August 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the issued share capital of Maxim Global with effect from 5.00 p.m. on 7 September 2023 ("Entitlement Date"), 1,470,540,451 ordinary shares in Maxim Global have been consolidated into 735,269,990 ordinary shares in Maxim Global ("Consolidated Shares") pursuant to the Proposed Share Consolidation.

The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 8 September 2023, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
