Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of KAB, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the transfer of all the ordinary shares of PT IME from the Vendors to KABEH has been completed on 28 August 2023. Accordingly, PT IME has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of KAB.
The Acquisition shall be deemed completed in accordance with the terms of the SPA upon payment of the Completion Amount. Further announcement will be made on this in due course.
