Further to the Company's announcement made on 22 May 2023 that Aldrich and Enrich had mutually agreed to extend the MOU period for a further period of 6 months to 22 November 2023, the Company will make the relevant update announcement(s) in relation to the foregoing as and when there are material developments on the same.
