(Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company’s announcement dated 24 December 2021 in relation to the Member's Voluntary Winding up of a wholly-owned subsidiary).

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Hextar Global Berhad ("HGB") wishes to announce that, Halex Link Sdn Bhd ("HLSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HGB hold its final meeting ("Final Meeting") on 23 August 2023 to conclude the Member's Voluntary Winding-up.

The Liquidator will lodge with the Companies Commision of Malaysia ("CCM") and the Official Reciever, the Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting together with a copy of the accounts pursuant to Section 459(3), (4) of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Act") within seven (7) days from the Final Meeting. Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act, HLSB shall be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Return by Liquidator.
