The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the OpenSys group achieved a 14.7% growth in revenue for the second quarter ended on 30 June 2023 (2Q2023), amounting to RM20.92 million compared to RM18.24 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This growth was primarily attributed to a strong performance from the Solutions and Services business segment.

For the financial period ended 30 June 2023, OpenSys group achieved a higher revenue of RM38.34 million, representing an increase of 7.7% compared to RM35.58 million in the corresponding financial period ended 30 June 2022.

Continuing its quarterly dividend practice, OpenSys declared a third interim dividend of 0.45 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
