Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 August 2021, 28 April 2022 and 6 August 2022. Unless otherwise stated, definitions used throughout this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 15 August 2021.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of FGV wishes to announce that the Parties have agreed to extend the Closing Date for the Parties to satisfy the Conditions stipulated in the Conditional SHA to 5 August 2024.

FGV will make the necessary announcement(s) as required under the Main Market Listing Requirement (“Listing Requirements”) as and when it enters into such agreement in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture. In the event that the shareholders’ approval and/or other regulatory approval(s) are required under the Listing Requirements and/or other relevant rules/guidelines for the Proposed Joint Venture, the necessary approval(s) will be sought.
