We refer to the earlier announcements dated 13 April 2023, 26 May 2023, 12 July 2023, 20 July 2023, 10 August 2023 and 11 August 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 217,391,304 Consideration Shares issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisitions were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 14 August 2023.
