Reference is made to the announcement made on 7 July 2023 in relation to the Press Release: Aldrich Resources Berhad's Strategic Collaboration with 20% Stake in Octowill Trustee Berhad.

Pursuant to Rule 10.05 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Aldrich (the “Board”) wishes to announce that Aldrich Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“AldCapital”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 5 May 2023, acquired six thousand (6,000) ordinary shares in Octowill Trustees Berhad [Registration No. 202201022533 (1468230-X)] (“Octowill”) which is representing 20% of the total issued shares of Octowill (“Sale Shares”) for a total consideration of RM480,000.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) from Mr Partiban A/L Ilangovan (the “Vendor”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
