Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 25 March 2022, 3 June 2022, 10 June 2022, 22 March 2023, 19 April 2023 and the subsequent monthly announcements dated 8 July 2022, 1 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023 and 1 June 2023. Pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Company is considered as an affected listed issuer.

The Board of Directors of IWCity wishes to inform that the Company is evaluating on the options with its appointed adviser, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad to regularise the status of the Company as affected listed corporation.

As announced on 19 April 2023, Bursa Securities had granted the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 24 September 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

The Company has approximately 2.5 months to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval and will make the relevant announcement in relation to its latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
