We refer to the announcements made on 16 June 2022, 21 June 2022 and 14 December 2022 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, Ta Win wishes to announce that the Ta Win Copper Biohealth Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ta Win had on 14 June 2023 entered into a Second Supplemental Agreement to Share Sale Agreement (As Supplemented by the First Supplemental Agreement dated 14 December 2022) to vary the terms of the Share Sale Agreement as follows:-

(a) The "Completed Date" stated under the Share Sale Agreement shall be varied and amended to mean a date falling on or before 14 December 2023.

Save for the abovementioned, the other terms and conditions of the Share Sale Agreement shall remain unchanged.
