Reference is made to TXB’s announcements made on 30 November 2021 and 10 December 2021 (“PN17 Relief Announcements”), upon the expiry of the 18 months from the PN17 Relief Announcements on 30 May 2023, TXB has re-assessed its PN17 condition based on the latest quarterly report on consolidated results for the financial period ended 31 March 2023 as announced on 30 May 2023.

Based on the re-assessment, the Board of Directors of TXB wishes to announce that the Company no longer trigger any of the PN17 Suspended Criteria.
