(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 2 December 2021 in relation to the Private Placement, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 2 December 2021, 13 December 2021, 22 December 2021, 23 December 2021, 2 June 2022, 15 June 2022, 31 October 2022, 8 December 2022, 7 February 2023 and 19 May 2023 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on even date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.045 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of 10.00% to the 5-day VWAP of NETX Shares up to and including 26 May 2023 of RM0.050, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
