(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 2 December 2021 in relation to the Private Placement, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 2 December 2021, 13 December 2021, 22 December 2021, 23 December 2021, 2 June 2022, 15 June 2022, 31 October 2022, 8 December 2022 and 7 February 2023 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

The Board of Directors of NETX Holdings Berhad (“NETX” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company and Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. (“Malacca Securities”) have mutually agreed to terminate Malacca Securities’ services as the Principal Adviser and Placement Agent of the Company in respect of the Private Placement with effect from 19 May 2023 (“Termination”).

 

Following the Termination, TA Securities Holdings Berhad has been appointed as the new Principal Adviser and Placement Agent of the Company in respect of the Private Placement.
