We refer to the announcements dated 23 September 2022 and 12 October 2022 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 February 2023 received notice dated 20 February 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies confirming the reduction of share capital. Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction is effective as at 20 February 2023.

Following the completion of the Share Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company as at 20 February 2023 is RM7,173,953.27 comprising 585,874,890 Shares.
