Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 12 January 2023.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Applicant had on 9 February 2023 filed the leave application to the Federal Court to appeal against the decision of Court of Appeal delivered on 11 January 2023.

 

The Court has fixed the case management via e-Review on 15 March 2023.

 

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
