We refer to our first announcement dated 11 October 2019 and the subsequent monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A (2b) of the  Listing Requirements ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

In compliance with the Company's obligations under the MMLR, the Board of Directors of Anzo wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 October 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time for additional 6 months until 30 April 2023 for Anzo to submit its Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities ("Application"). As at the date of this announement, the Application is pending the approval from Bursa Securities.

The Company will make the necessary announcement in regard to any latest development on the above matter.
