We refer to the Company’s announcement on 23 June 2020, 2 October 2020 17 February 2021, 2 June 2021, 30 August 2021, 30 November 2021, 25 February 2022 and 25 May 2022 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered with Medisort Limited towards a strategic partnership to collaborate and conduct their respective and collective organisations’ business for the success of their entry into the new and global markets to be mutually agreed. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that due to Covid-19 Pandemic, Culzean W2E Limited is still in the process of applying the Schedule 13 Small Waste Incineration Plant permit and the planning statement for submission. Any material development will be announced accordingly.
