The Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that on 20 October 2021, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded a contract valued equivalent to approximately RM5,840,000 by China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) for the Supply, Delivery, Install and Testing and Commissioning of Public Address Emergency System, Emergency Voice Communication System, Integrated Security Management System, Master Clock System, Flame Detection CCTV System and additional compliance to Security Enhancement for Fire Station No. 2 for the Proposed Development of Intra Airside Road Connection, Second Parallel Taxiway and Fire Station No. 2 for Changi East at Singapore Changi Airport.

The commencement date of the contract is on 19 October 2021 and will be completed by 17 June 2022.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2021 and 2022.

The contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.
