Following the implementation of the Full Movement Control Order announced by the Government of Malaysia to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities”) has vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time for the listed issuers to submit their quarterly reports and annual reports which are due on 31 July 2021 and 31 August 2021 respectively.

The Board of Directors of Marine & General Berhad (“M&G” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the 1-month extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and hence will issue the Company’s 2021 annual report originally due for issuance on 31 August 2021 on or before 30 September 2021.
