Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 2 June 2021 in relation to the unsealed copy of the Writ of Originating Summons. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement.

The Board of Directors of Advance Information Marketing Berhad (“AIM” or “the Company”) wishes to update that Mak Siew Wei, the Plaintiff via its Solicitors, Messrs Wong Kian Kheong has filed the Affidavit in Support as per the Court's direction on 17 June 2021.

The case management by way of e-Review is fixed on 15 July 2021.

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
