Following the implementation of Movement Control Order 3.0 announced by the Government of Malaysia to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 21 May 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time up to 31 July 2021 for listed issuers to submit their quarterly reports which are due on 30 June 2021.

The Board of Directors of Marine & General Berhad ("M&G"or "the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the 1-month extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and hence will issue the Company's unaudited quarterly report for the quarter ended 30 April 2021 on or before 31 July 2021.
