Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 November 2020, 4 November 2020, 10 November 2020, 26 November 2020, 12 January 2021, 20 January 2021 and 8 March 2021 respectively in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim Suit No. WA-22NCC-537-11/2020. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that Mak Siew Wei, the Plaintiff has applied to withdraw his application for interim injunction orders during the Hearing of the Plaintiff’s application of interim injunction today.

The Court allowed the withdrawal of his application and ordered him to pay cost of RM20,000.00 to the Defendants (except for the 5th Defendant).

The Court has now fixed 13 December 2021 to 17 December 2021 as trial dates and 30 August 2021 as the next Case Management date.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further material development of the above matter in due course.
