Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 23 January 2017, 15 March 2017, 27 April 2017, 14 July 2017, 20 February 2019, 5 March 2019, 3 May 2019, 3 July 2019, 22 August 2019, 30 September 2019, 1 November 2019, 14 November 2019 and 19 December 2019 respectively in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim Suit No. WA-22NCC-17-01/2017 issued against the Company by Customer Loyalty Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (In Liquidation) (Registration No.: 200301008328 (610748-V)). Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of Advance Information Marketing Berhad (“AIM” or “the Company”) wishes to update that Court of Appeal has now fixed 29 April 2020 as the next Case Management date pending the grounds of judgment from the Kuala Lumpur High Court.

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
