The Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad (“KIMLUN" or "the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd had accepted the award of a RM53,478,000 construction contract from Nusajaya Rise Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of earthworks, road and drainage and other ancillary site works for Gerbang Nusajaya Development, Mukim Tanjung Kupang and Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor ("the Project").

The construction work is expected to be completed by end of April 2019.

The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contracts.
