The Board of Marine & General Berhad (formerly known as SILK Holdings Berhad) ("the Company" or "M&G") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty First Annual General Meeting ("21st AGM") dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of M&G at the 21st AGM held on 30 May 2018.
The voting on all the resolutions were carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Kalis & Co., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are as set out in the attachment.
