Further to the announcement dated 29 November 2017, the Board of Directors of Marine & General Berhad (“M&G” or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company had on 25 January 2018 received  from Session Court of Kuala Lumpur, a sealed Judgement in Default of Defence in favour of Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("JMM"), a 70% owned subsidiary of M&G, for the amount of RM 619,667.29.
