The Board of Directors of Advance Information Marketing Berhad (“AIM” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company and Ms Tan Chin Yen have mutually agreed to extend the period up to 14 March 2018 for the Company to fulfil the Condition Precedents as prescribed in the Deed of Settlement.

Save for the above, there is no change to the salient terms of the Deed of Settlement and other terms of the Proposed Settlement.
