Yup me too, I cannot save the template now and also particular stocks layout. Tried in Google Chrome and also IE 11 with Java 8 update 131. About 2 days ago, I have no problem to save but upon deleting the old save record, suddenly it cannot sve a new one and keep on try to push save (the cloud icon still running and the template save is totally not working)
I am stil waiting the admin to response.
